The first round of the US open, and we have Pablo Cuevas against Ernesto Escobedo.

Well here i see a match which is really hard to predict, Cuevas of course better knows as a typical clay grinder, but he can play on hard aswell, not that good like on clay but he can be a guy which really has a smart game nice technique, good serving, creating nice angles on his shots. weaker side of course when he gets under pressure, is the backhand.

Escobedo on the other side has a huge forehand, but also his weakness is his backhand for sure is inconsistent already for years. He failed to improve his game, to become a top 100 player. Also he have hard service, well i really can see him here winning in three sets. i think there will be a one tiebreak for sure possible.

The courts are fast, and I see here over 38,5 games as really possible.

    Pick: over 38,5 games

    Odds: 1.94 @ Pinnacle

We have DVTK against Kecskemeti TE in Hungarian football league.

Pretty good odds on the NB2 favourite. Diósgyőr only drew at Siófok. I definitely expect an improvement at home. Diósgyőr has a good number of players with NB1 experience, while most of the visiting Kecskemét players have only played in NB3 and NB2. It is interesting that the guests’ coach considers the match against Csákvár important. The coach’s words. We try to work in a way that we stay healthy at the same time. We haven’t rested much, we have already started our preparation against Diósgyőr, in different groups according to the match load we will receive, and we will also analyse the opponent.

We are travelling to the championship contenders, where we have a great coaching staff. Elemér Kondás needs no introduction, he has achieved countless great successes with his teams. They have a very good and organised team now, but I am confident that we will have the stamina to hold our own. As a rookie team, we are focusing on our home games, so our priority is to keep as many points as possible at home, including our game against Csákvár on Sunday.” Diósgyőr has one of the best squads in the NB2. They are very strong at home.

The visiting team is saving for the weekend, so a home win is a good bet.

    Pick: DVTK

Daily analyses for European football match between Olimpija Ljubljana – Santa Clara .

Santa Clara coach Daniel Ramos has serious problems with Covid 19, before the second match against Olimpija Ljubljana in the third qualifying round of the Europa Conference League. Santa Clara announced this Tuesday the existence of 9 positive players on Covid-19, who were immediately isolated from the rest of the squad, in order to prevent further contacts. They lost the premiere in Liga Portugal, against relegation candidate Tondela (3:0), and will have a difficult task in Slovenia.

Olimpija lost the first match with 2:0 and needs to play much more offensive in order to win and neutralize the two goals difference, which is quite possible with these problems in the away team.

    Pick: Home win

    Odds: 2.20 Bwin

    Cambridge – Swindon

    EFL Cup

A random cup really and one where the value is almost never on the favourites. Clubs often still rotate in this competition for some reason, eventhough their players have only played 90 minutes of competitive football in the last few months.

Cambridge are now a Lesgue One side, whereas Swindon are now League Two. Last season these positions were switched, so I don’t feel there is a huge gap between these two sides. Odds have drifted slightly on a Cambridge win, which is something i agree with. Cambridge’s promotion last season was largely down to the goals scored by Paul Mullin. Mullin scored 32 goals from his 46 appearances so hard to not get promoted when you have that in your side. Weirdly, he has now dropped down a division and plays for National League side Wrexham. I guess Ryan Reynolds will pay him a decent amount of money for dropping down. God only knows how many goals he’ll score for Wrexham this season. Anyway, without Mullin, Cambridge could struggle in League One. Their first match was a 1-1 home draw against Oxford, which came about thanks to a late equalizing penalty. Swindon started well with a 3-1 win over Scunthorpe. There is definitely a potential “upset” here and these two sides are probably closer than the odds suggest.

    Pick: Swindon (+1AH)

    Luzern – Feyenoord

Feyenoord able to pass previous round only thanks to a late goal against Drita in second leg after drawn in first leg and suffered two goals against by a team surely some level weaker. But guests can take advantage from an opponent with huge defensive problems as shown their results in Swiss league.

Luzern scored five goals, but suffered six ones, too, in first two local league matches and last season regular keeper Muller that remain out as against Sankt Gallen. Other misses for them are key midf. Schurpf ( 6g lasts eason, author of two of the three goals agai9nst YB) and otehr two players, while last season topscorer Sorgic ( 1/13g last season) is doubtful. Geertruida ( def.25+5 5g) only miss for guests, while topscorer Berghuis (19g) gone to Ajax.

Trainer of geusts declares they gave to many occasions to Drita and will work hard to avoid this against Luzern, i think that with the problems and weakness at the back for hosts – also without strong public factor, only 4000 fans admitted and probable many fans will not enter in stadium as protest against covid-rules – Feyenoord can gain at least a draw.

    Pick: Feyenoord asian +0 @ 1.81 Pinnacle

  • South Korean football

    Suwon City – Jeonbuk

Jeonbuk has a frustrating league form with only one win in the last 8 matches, while they were defeated in 1/8 of the Korean Cup by 3rd league team Yangju, which was a huge disappointment. They had a completely different face in the AFC Champions League producing some impressive results, where they entered in the knockout phase with 5 wins and one draw in Group H, and a goal difference of 22:5. They will now look to use that experience to their advantage as they return to league action in this clash with Suwon, but it is almost a month since Jeonbuk last played in K League 1. Suwon City is in great form winning their last three matches, and for sure this will be a tough test for the away side. The goals have flowed for both teams of late but they have also struggled to keep clean sheets so expect both teams to score in this one, an outcome that has occurred in all five mutual matches since 2013.

    Pick: Both to Score @ 1.85 1xbet

    USA W – Canada W

    Olympics Women Football

USA are in a shit physical condition, they couldn’t keep up with Netherlands after 70 minutes and looked dead in extra time where they just survived until penalty shootout where their excellent goalkeeper Naeher saved it for them. Something has obviously gone wrong in their preparation. Meanwhile Canada are fulfilling the dark horse role finally. After another poor performance from Yankee and differing performances from Netherlands (were outplayed) and Canada (outplayed) against Brazil to me it looks there is enough evidence (can also compare that USA looked weaker than both Brazil and Netherlands) to say USA are nowhere near this big favorites.

    Pick: Canada +0.5  @  2.10   bet365

Eupen – Anderlecht  Over 2.5 Goals & Both teams to score

Eupen can be satisfied with the way they opened their season, as they managed to come with a 2:2 away draw in round one against much favored Club Brugge. They conceded first from the penalty in the 56th, but appeared more than well in transition, successfully reversing over Kayembe in the 60th and Ngoy in the 77th. However, maybe with a certain dose of misfortune, they conceded an equalizer just before the full time, but never the less took a valuable point at the season’s start.Central defender Magnee is long-term absentee for the hosts. They also miss defenders Poulain and Adjei.

Anderlecht failed to meet the expectations in their opening match at home against slightly underestimated St. Gilloise when they suffered a pretty convincing 1:3 defeat. After being in deficit since the 20th minute, the hosts bounced back with an equalizer just before the end of the first part, but despite their ball possession advantage throughout the clash, failed to be more creative. Instead, they conceded two more in the continuation, simply not having enough ideas on how to respond accordingly.Defenders Cobbaut and Mykhailichenko are injured for the guests without playing till now in the new season anyway.

Eupen positively surprised in their opening match, as they showed a pretty confident front line, and I definitely see them appearing in a similar way here as well. As for the guests, they certainly have more to offer compared to their last clash, and I don’t see them repeating the same mistakes. To me, everything about this one is pointing to a large number of goals from both sides, so choosing that instead of outcomes is looking like the best bet in my opinion.

    Rubin Kazan – Spartak Moscow 2 2.20

The first round of the Russian Championship of the 2021/2022 season will be in Kazan, at the Ak Bars Arena stadium, where the local Rubin will try to take some points against Spartak Moscow. The fact is that the rivals recently met at a preseason-friendly, which took place in Moscow and ended with a score of 4:0 in favor of the „red and white“. Under the leadership of Leonid Slutsky, Rubin Kazan has noticeably changed. Last season, they closed the four best teams in the Russian championship and got into European cups. Very soon, they will play in the third qualifying round of the Europa Conference League. It is clear that looking at the results and quality of football, Spartak Moscow inspires much more confidence. Under the new head coach, the „red-whites“ began to play much better in defense, there were much fewer mistakes in their own half of the field. Undoubtedly, Rui Vitória has yet to prove himself on the coaching bridge in the capital’s team, and the first major test will be the Champions League qualifying match with Benfica. Rubin Kazan raised a lot of questions during the friendly matches, but Spartak under Rui Vitória looks great. We give preference to guests, and they shouldn’t have any problems leave Tatarstan victoriously as it was in the previous two matches.

    Slovan – Young Boys   2   1.75

In the second qualifying round for the Champions League, Slovan Bratislava welcomes Young Boys. The difference in quality is noticed and I fancy Young boys to deliver in the first match already. The teams have played before and Young Boys won with 3:1 and 5:0. Slovan went past Shamrock Rovers in round one but with great difficulty. They won at home but lost away and 1 goal decided the tie. It is nothing new that Slovan struggles against weak teams. They were eliminated by Sutjeska and Klaksvik in the previous years. Young Boys were eliminated by Midtjylland last year but now is another chance. They have a new coach who is eager for good results. Young Boys miss captain Lustenberger and the first attacker Nsame but I feel that Young Boys will still be too strong.
